Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, our standard returns policy applies.

Returning an Item

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’d like to return an item, please ensure it’s unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, visit our Returns Portal for instructions. You’ll receive a confirmation once your return is processed.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
